REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
You may exchange or return any product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of having received it. The 30 day period for Workshop items begins on the day the product is delivered to you. Once initiating a return you have 7 days to ship it or you'll lose your instant credit/refund.
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. No returns or exchanges on final sale items, underwear, and socks.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
5. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
6. If our company is responsible for the issue, including the wrong size, wrong color, and incorrect items, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
7. Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
